AAA RESTAURANT FIRE CONTROL was originally established in 1973. We were the first company in New England to be solely dedicated to the cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems. Our goal in 1973, and in 2003 is to provide our customers with fire safe kitchen exhaust systems. Although we have grown over the last 30 years, our commitment to fire safety has not changed. Through this commitment to our customers, we have created a reputation for quality work and business integrity unmatched in our industry.

All of our service technicians are trained to meet our high company standards. All service work is performed to meet the standards set forth in NFPA #96.
